At Maiden Psych we understand that Sport and performance at all levels from amateur right up to elite comes with many different challenges, both mentally and physically. Qualified sport & exercise psychologist
James Maiden is Qualified Sport & Exercise Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) recently becoming a Chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologist with the BPS.
James currently work at the University of Winchester within the Sport & Exercise Psychology Department.
Involved with a variety of individuals from amateur to elite, elite youth athletes and coaches, to academic professionals.
Megan is a major link in the chain keeping the consultancy running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Providing essential support to James, Megan is often the first port of call for all email enquiries.
Megan always puts people's health and well-being first and is a key part of the team.
